I suggest a new feature inspired by Chisel & Bits, allowing players to shrink and build with micro-blocks. It’s designed not only for Redstone engineers but also for detail-focused builders.
With a special tool, players can activate a 3×3 block area and shrink in size. Inside this zone, each block becomes a grid of micro-blocks (e.g. 16×16×16). Players can place miniature Redstone components and decorative blocks, both inside regular blocks and on the outside. Tiny Redstone elements can interact with full-size ones, making it possible to build functional systems in small spaces.
This would let players create compact computers, logic systems, or detailed decorations like furniture, ornaments, and custom textures.
Only one 3×3 area can be active at a time to avoid lag. The tool can be enchanted to increase the size of the area (4×4, 5×5...). Players can deactivate the zone and move to another.
This feature would bring new depth to building and engineering in Minecraft without disrupting the vanilla experience, and would benefit both Redstone lovers and builders who love intricate detail.
