Currently, there’s no way to create a dark area where mobs can’t spawn, for atmospheric builds.
I’d love to see a feature that allows this. Perhaps using the Dragon Head as a Conduit. It could have the same range as an underwater Conduit but would prevent hostile mobs from spawning and walking within that area.
Lore wise, it would make sense: mobs are too afraid to enter because they can sense that you’ve defeated the Ender Dragon.
The Dragon Head is a late game item, so adding this feature wouldn’t disrupt the early or mid game balance.
