Forced teleporting

I use Life Boat server, survival. You must stop players from force t/p ing without permission. They arrive, kill you and take your hard earned goods. Also hacks like xray vision. It's bad enough with archer and creepers etc. But if you can't keep stuff hidden and safe why play. I am seriously thinking about quitting the game all together.
