Bring back the mob vote(NOT IN THE SAME WAY!!!)

Bring back the mob vote but with a catch. The mob vote happens in spring MC Live and then the mobs get added throughout the rest of the year’s game drops in reverse order of their ranking in the vote.

    This is so much better. Mob votes always had cool mob ideas. This really needs to happen.
