Add some layout and formating fields for Dialogs

In Dialogs we need to :

Be allowed to chose column size for each line of buttons, for example 1 button in the 1st line, 2 buttons in the 2nd line, 1 button alone in the 3th line and 1 another button in the 4th line
Change value display in sliders instead of a number when a certain number is selected (like FOV displays "Normal" instead of 70, or some slider displays "OFF" instead of -1, and FOV can displays "%" after the number)
Put icons in labels and titles (like the Accessibility Settings button in the title screen menu or Accessibility Settings title)
Enable Dark Background (like Accesibility Settings or Statistics, they have a dark background with 2 lines that separes the body with the title and the footer)
Put texts above and below buttons (not just only in Body)
Show the hover_event/tooltip of label of inputs (like boolean, text) and when hover a single option or a number_range.
Tweak justification of texts, buttons and inputs, because it's only centered in the screen, we can't justifiy to the left or to the right only if we want
Put gaps between texts and buttons/inputs

In settings menus, there is all that things but we can't do all that with Dialogs.
