Let’s talk about our updated settings! (Bedrock)

The settings in Bedrock Edition are being refreshed with a brand-new look!

Each setting now includes a helpful description to make it easier to understand what it does. We've also improved the interaction with sliders—they're now smoother and more responsive for a better user experience.

    Can you please add an option or an update very please to use an on screen keyboard with a controller for movement. I'm currently on a Samsung Tablet and I've tried to use Leankkeyboard from the Googleplay store, it works flawlessly on other appliccations but minecraft forces me to have discomfort to use an external keyboard.

    Also respectfully, a majority of us minecraft players would like an option to export and import on mobile even with the application toggled in settings and storage.

    I am on the beta and I love playing on other devices and I can't even transfer my worlds to another device.

    PLS make it playable on 4gb of ram. My device is low profile. But I love this game. Even on 5 chunks it crashes. Please make it in 60fps. I loved the new design. The new UI is clean and modern.

    My thoughts on the updated UI:

     

    It works. Now let's talk about optimization: is there anyway to have this capable on low end phones? I'm asking because I would like to be able to fight mobs without frame rate being a problem.

    Also, is there anyway to reimagine the difficulty settings? Like, could Survival, Creative, and Adventure just be game modes?

    Like having creative difficulty centered around block availability. Maybe in Hardmode, you don't have the menu and you have to pretty much discover recipes. Normal is normal creative, and easy gives you blueprints you can easily deploy to generate default structures from a list. Or maybe Creative is a game mode with no difficulty.

    instead of survival just being about fighting mobs, maybe have it just based on player needs. It's generally peaceful, but harder modes make survival needs more difficult to track. And then you can retool adventure to be like old-school survival with hard mode being where you can't break or place blocks.

    And then just have perma death be a world toggle that's disabled on creative. I like farming but I would like ways to progress without fighting or cheating for the items I need.

    I don't think it would be too hard. Also, why no free resource packs or options to customize textures within a preset? Remixing your favorites as well as downloading the ftp ones would be appreciated...

    Me encanta la nueva interfaz me parece bonita bien cuidada y bien pulida El único problema que hay no sé si es por la actualización actual o es mi dispositivo es un problema que es la carga de texturas de ciertas entidades (arbustos, puertas, vallas, trampillas, El agua, la lava, los mobs) parpadean las texturas no se por que motivo para referencia tengo un honor X9c

    There's no sound/background music on this beta. I can't even hear the jukebox playing even I'm at max volume in both device and game settings
