I propose a new feature allowing players to use Fishing Rods with Tripwire Hooks to create a grappling hook mechanic. This transforms the Fishing Rod from a simple tool into a versatile mobility device, enhancing exploration and utility.

Concept:
When a player casts a Fishing Rod at a Tripwire Hook within a certain range (16-32 blocks), they can "attach" and pull themselves toward it, mimicking a grappling hook. This enables quick traversal over gaps, cliffs, or ravines, similar to the Lashing Potato from the 2014 April Fool's snapshot. An enchantment could increase this range.

Gameplay Benefits:

• Mobility & Exploration: Cross ravines, climb vertical surfaces, reach high places efficiently.
• Combat: Quick escapes or surprise attacks by closing distances rapidly.
• Building & Parkour: New possibilities for trap design, parkour courses, and adventure maps.

Implementation:
Activate by aiming at a Tripwire Hook within 16-32 blocks and right-clicking with a Fishing Rod. Success pulls the player toward the hook. An enchantment like "Reach" could extend the hook's distance or work from farther away.
