Suggestion:
Please allow Minecraft Bedrock on Android to save worlds in a user-accessible folder, such as Documents or Games, instead of the restricted /Android/data/ directory.
Why this matters:
-
Easier Backups: Players could more easily back up their worlds using standard file managers or cloud sync tools.
-
World Transfers: Moving saves between devices or sharing them with friends would become much simpler.
-
Better User Control: The current location restricts access to players' own content, limiting autonomy and usability.
Implementation idea:
Offer an optional in-game setting to choose an accessible save location that complies with Android’s scoped storage policies. This ensures both user control and platform security.
