Please Improve Off-Hand Functionality in Bedrock Edition

Hello Mojang team! I'm a long-time Minecraft Bedrock Edition player, and I'd like to suggest expanding the functionality of the off-hand slot, just like in Java Edition. Currently, we can only use shields and a few items in the off-hand, but we cannot actually use most tools or items like torches, food, or blocks while holding them in the off-hand. This limits the gameplay experience, especially for builders and adventurers. I understand Bedrock is optimized for multiple platforms, but even a small toggle in settings to allow more off-hand use (especially for Windows 10, console, or keyboard users) would be amazing. This feature would make the game feel more unified between Java and Bedrock, and would make the Bedrock experience even better for millions of players.
