Make powered rails go faster

When a minecart is on a Powered Rail, it needs to go faster

    Yes, this is a great idea (I also think camman18 would love it too lol. Just never build a track around a birch forest) Maybe you could be able to change the speed levels from 1 to 10 (Or higher)
