Add Ice Creamballs: Smack Hunger Into Your Allies!

Why Add Ice Creamballs?

With new types of snow being added in Caves and Cliffs, I think it would be really cool if we could use Snow in food. Foodwise, Cocoa Beans are currently only used in Cookies, and I think Ice Cream would be a fun new addition to Minecraft's food repertoire, especially as it comes in ball form.

Now, it can take a long time in Multiplayer to pass out food. What if it was made easier...? Currently Snowballs don't have many uses, but what if a food item used its throwing mechanics to make distributing food easier? 

Ice Creamball

An Ice Creamball restores 1 Hunger Point to a Player upon hit after a delay equal to eating food, and otherwise acts like a Snowball. They are made in bulk from Snow Block, Milk Bucket, Sugar, and either Egg, Cocoa Bean, or Sweet Berry to make an Ice Creamball (resembling vanilla), Chocolate Ice Creamball, or Berry Ice Creamball - a full Neapolitan set. The latter 2 are interchangeable with Cocoa Beans/Cookie and Sweet Berries in Mob interactions. Once made, they can be stored in the easily melting Ice Cream Block like Snowballs and Snow.
