Add a brother mob to the Creaking called the Lurking and a new biome for it

The new mob will spawn underground in a new underground biome called The Deep and it will spawn with a %25 chance under pale forest biome and the mob should look kinda like general grievous from star wars though it will have 3 arms instead of four, no head but a body, 2 legs, and a circular mouth filled with pitch black
