Give us a way to keep the Ghastling form.

Basically the title. Give us a way to keep the small, adorable form of the happy ghasts, the Ghastling. It is so cute, and I know that people like me want to have these things stay the size they are because it is just cute. Maybe make it an item mechanic with an existing item. Or even make a new item that will keep the Ghastling from growing up. This can be done with things like disabling tickrate, but that of course has more affects than just stopping things from growing. And you can't do that in a survival/hardcore world without cheats.

tldr: LET US KEEP THE SMOL TINY THINGS
