Tears Music Disc should only drop in the Overworld

The 100% drop rate is too much for how often you'll get reflect kills on ghasts, so maybe the disc could only drop if you get a reflect kill in the overworld instead?

    Than it would become wayyyy to difficult because no one attempts to get normal ghasts in the overworld because it is to difficult, not to mention it has high stakes for any buildings that are made.
