Why Add Warppads?
I think Warppads would be an interesting and fun new feature making End Outer Islands travel more interesting and exciting! They can tie into the teleportation mechanic central to the End as well, and could be really useful for mapmakers. They could also make End travel more unique, as to prevent overuse, they would fail to work outside the End. However, an Operator Utility and Command-exclusive block would work elsewhere, presenting loads of creative potential.
Warppads
Warppads have a purple spiraly End-themed design that glows when charged.
Warppads, when used, will teleport an entity to the location that it is connected to when stood upon and charged, playing a wacky warping sound effect and spinning the Player until they shrink and disappear in a purple puff. When stood upon, the entity gains the Warping status effect, which dissipates and deals great damage if the entity is hit or moves xyz location. An entity will teleport after 15 seconds of Warping. Warppads can also be dyed.
Warppads are charged with Ender Pearls, and fail to work when placed outside of the End Dimension. The more Ender Pearls used, the further a Player can warp. Warppads can be found naturally occurring in End Cities.
Commands can be used to give a player a Weird Warppad, a Warppad that can be edited to work outside the End, to work instantly, and/or to require no charge. It is unable to teleport entities across dimensions or outside the world limits.
