Craftable nametags (+additional name tag feature)

My idea is that you should be able to craft a name tag with 1 string 1 paper and 1 inksack in any orientation. But you could add any dye to make the name appear a specific color and additionally switch out the inksack for a glowing insack to make the name more visible. And for my final Change I'm suggesting that when a mob is named it's name shows up just like a players name.
