Netherite gives mending

So When you get to Netherite your tools are no longer expendable like in the early game.

so, you get mending. BUT, having to roll village trades is so darn annoying how about

Netherite has mending built in. And mending books are not sold by traders but are findable in the harder structures like the ocean monument, ancient city, and trail chambers, plus others is you so decide.

now players won't have to deal with the boring process of rolling till you get mending. witch even people who don't enchant weapons fully still Need mending.
