Make the new disc a rare drop

The Ghast is a mob that's killed quite often when being in the Nether, and though the new Tears disc is amazing, it can fill up the inventory pretty fast late-game because of the 100% chance of a ghast dropping it. I would recommend making it a 20% chance, which will make it more rewarding to get the disc and won't fill up the inventory so quickly.

  The disc should be a sort of collectible instead of just being dropped almost every time by ghasts.

  Agreed 20% is good, the ghast drop being 100% is way too much

  no i think it is already too hard to get ghast drops because half the time they are above lava or bad terrain
