- What if the End Portal wasn’t in the Overworld anymore? In this alternate progression mode (or optional world setting), the End Portal is hidden deep within the Nether, inside a dangerous, ancient structure. Players would still collect Eyes of Ender the same way, but they’d now work in the Nether, leading you to this fiery fortress. This location could be a massive, ruined structure surrounded by lava, filled with traps, mobs, dead ends, and eerie remnants of a lost civilization. The End Portal frame is buried inside. This would make the Nether a true part of the main progression, not just a place for blaze rods. It adds lore, mystery, and a darker challenge to reaching the End — perfect for experienced players. Key points: • Optional world type or toggle: “Twisted Realm” mode • Doesn’t replace standard gameplay — just adds a new progression path • Enhances Nether exploration and gives more purpose to late-game survival Let me know what you think — I’d love to see this become a new way to play!
