Rickety Rails Update

Would add Updated Minecart with furnaces that can be powered via coal that can travel up to 100 blocks with 1 peice of coal as well as direction rails that could be crafted via 1 powered rail and 1 lever and that change the way a Minecart with furnace is going. Also would add the ability to couple minecarts together with 1 chain and decouple them via a Hoe. It would also add break track crafted via 1 lever and 1 normal track. which can stop a minecart or minecart train when activated and would have Cross tracks which would be crafted via 5 track in a cross. Which would also to have one train going one way over the crossing and another train going another direction over the crossing.
