Add option to disable vibration on Android with OTG mouse/controller

When using a mouse or controller via OTG on Minecraft Pocket Edition (Android), the game vibrates during block breaking and other actions. There is currently no in-game setting to turn off this vibration, and system vibration settings have no effect. Please add an option in the settings to disable vibration or haptic feedback for external input devices.
