Disabling screen animations on MCBE shouldn't disable panorama and splash.

In the new 1.21.80 update, now the panorama and spash text animation will stop if you disable the "Screen animations" option, Which shouldn't happen. The screen animations options should be only for the transition animations, like the inventory going up and down.

    They should make another toggle that only disables UI loading animations

    The ones in the menu should definitely be separate. I always think when there is the option for more customizability, they should add it.
