Make the Game difficulty Permanent

Hello Mojang can you make the Difficulty Permanent? it removes the challenge and strategic depth intended by the original difficulty.

Locking the difficulty after a downgrade reinforces commitment to the choice, preventing players from exploiting the system and preserving the game's balance and intended progression.

Can you clarify what you mean in this post? Do you want it that the difficulty selected on a world upon its creation cannot be changed afterwards? That would be more challenging sure but not necessarily more fun.
