Increase Banner Layer Limit to 8 in Survival Mode

I hope you're doing well!
I'm a huge fan of Minecraft, especially the creative possibilities it offers in Survival mode. I wanted to suggest a small but impactful change: increasing the banner pattern layer limit from 6 to 8 in Survival Mode (matching the limit already available in Creative).

This may seem like a minor tweak, but it would make a huge difference for players like me who love designing unique banners and decorating our bases. Right now, with only 6 layers, it's often a challenge to create complex, detailed designs without running out of space. Having just two additional layers would open up so much more room for creativity — letting us combine more symbols, borders, and colors into richer, more personalized banners.

Such a small update could have a big effect on the game’s decorative potential, especially for Survival players who enjoy building, personalizing, and showing off their creativity without switching to Creative Mode. It would make bases, towns, and even multiplayer communities feel much more vibrant and customized.
