Easier way to add personal Mods/Addons for Bedrock edition

I thought of having a button in the 'Global Packs' part of setting where you can open a file via files because on bedrock edition, Minecraft PE and on Minecraft Nitendo it is impossible to add an addon or a texture pack alone!
