Chunks and chunkcutter Minecraft 1.22 with happy ghast

Add these little chunks (8th of a block) for most blocks but some just wouldn't work like the sea lantern as of its texture wouldn't line up unless u made a new mini texture (a chunk, the size of a player head). Players could make custom blocks to add creativity which I know is one of Mojang top priorities to encourage players creativity mindset and for them to explore for these chunks which would be rare or u could make a chunkcutter similar to the stonecutter to easily make these chunks crafted like this. Top left (nothing), top middle (diamond), top right (nothing), middle left (stone), centre (stone), middle right (stone), bottom left (nothing), bottom middle (nothing), bottom right (nothing), or u could craft it 1 slot down for flexibility.
