The new game drop system is great! We get content more frequently, adds more variety to the themes of updates within a year, and ultimately pleases the community more. In fact, there's only one problem I have with the system, which this post is about solving.
First, I'll state that I know we're not supposed to suggest entire updates, but since this is about improving the game drop system overall, I think it's okay.
Anyway, the issue is that, due to the shorter amounts of time between when game drops are announced and released, they have less time to be developed. This means that Mojang can only improve it (while it's being developed) in a few of the many ways the community suggests.
My solution to this is to finish each year with a game drop that improves on the ones released earlier that year. (We might need two or three at first, though, given that we'll be at seven game drops by the next Minecraft Live, and I'm sure Mojang already has more prepared.) One for the game drops that have been released so far (not based on year in this example) might include (but not entirely consist of) a drop for creakings, adjusted bush and dead bush graphics so the living version can be taller, and pale leaf litter.
I hope you like this idea! Vote if you do!
