Better torches and lanterns

I think it would be use full to builders to have the ability to turn off and on torches and lanterns much like you can with both candles and campfires as this would allow people to build buildings that have a light but it is not on. Example: I recently made a old haunted manor, and having the ability to make some of my lanterns not be lit would have better improved the atmosphere
