  The current speed makes it great for building. But it would be nice if you could temporary increase its speed, just like when right-clicking a warped fungus on a stick while riding a Strider.

  Minecraft should just make it able to have a sprint option or something on a fishing rod to make it go faster

  i think it should be able to go faster with an enchant so if you really want it faster you can enchant the saddle and if you want it slow dont
