🎮 Let Players Move Any HUD Element in Bedrock Anytime

Please add a feature in Minecraft Bedrock Edition that allows players to move and resize HUD elements at any time — and save their custom layout across all platforms.

Players could:
- Move elements like the hotbar, health bar, XP bar, scoreboard, coordinates, chat box, and more
- Adjust their width and position for better screen fit
- Save and switch between custom HUD layouts on any device: PC, console, mobile, or tablet

💡 This helps players with:
- Split-screen setups
- Mobile or touchscreen layouts
- Streamer-friendly UI
- Accessibility and personal preferences

✅ These changes are fully visual and do not impact gameplay. No commands or mods are required.

  I’d really love to see customizable HUD (move and resize elements) added in update **1.21.80** — especially since this version already introduced new UI like the Locator Bar. It feels like the perfect time to improve how players manage their screen layout on all devices.
