Happy Ghast Fire Suppression Ability

To complement the Nether Ghast's "fire" abilities, the Happy Ghast should get water based ones.

Fire Suppression: Feeding a Happy Ghast a wet sponge should extinguish all fires in a radius around it. The Happy Ghast could dance/spin/shake(like a dog) and eject water particles from itself when this ability is used. The radius could be 48x48x48 blocks (3x3x3 chunks) around the chunk it is in. A dry sponge should be given back after.

Use: This could help extinguish large fires in order to protect builds without the damages caused by a water bucket on torches, paintings and other decorations. Or stop wildfires from spreading.

This ability would also nicely complement it's other utilitarianism abilities related to transport and building.

This would also give us a new use for wet sponges.

Extra: Potentially, this could also be used to turn lava into obsidian in a smaller radius. Neither ability should work in the Nether. Maybe a check for players riding it so they don't get caught in the animation.
