Option for the Locater Bar to be on top of the screen

It would be a toggleable visual option for the locater bar to be on the top of the screen. Kinda like some other games with a locating bar.

    It could be place on top boss bars instead of the experience bar which is more important

    Second this! There's all that space at the top of the screen. No reason for it to merge with the XP bar.
