Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Let's talk about Chalkboards!

Mojang should take actual inspiration from Minecraft Education Edition since it has so many great things such as the chalkboards. Imagine building a road or a highway in your world and wanting to have a huge sign that says a specific town name or a city name or such. Imagine building a school in Minecraft for roleplay or just fun and having a chalkboard. Theres some actual cool uses the chalkboard could provide for the game.
