Make End/Nether Biome Temperatures

Now that there are biome specific animal types, I would believe that breeding animals in the nether would result in the warm variant, and breeding animals in the end would result in the cold variant. Obviously, this is due to the fact the nether is hot, and the end ( which is seemingly in space ) would be cold
