Wooly cows for the 1.17 mountains

Wooly cows are mobs from minecraft earth, and in minecraft dungeons...these mobs would spawn in the lower parts of the mountains where there is not much snow these creatures can be killed for leather and beef like cows but can also be sheared for some brown wool, although they don't have a big role in the game they make the game feel more alive and gives a lot more life to the mountains.
