New Enchantment: Soft Walker (Lets you walk over crops)

Super annoying when farming that you can't really jump. I propose an enchantment that lets you walk and jump over crops plus some other small things.

  1. Run and jump on crops without breaking them

  2. Let you walk on magma like you are sneaking (You would not take damage)

  3. Make less noise to other players (This would NOT affect the warden)

  4. Would let you go slightly quicker in cobwebs. (This would NOT affect powdered snow)

    This enchantment would be mutually exclusive with feather falling.
