Empty pointed dripstone

I think pointed dripstones when they don't have anything above them instead of automatically dripping water they should create dust/sand/gravel particles and would possibly either not fill up a cauldron at all or make a sand or gravel cauldron which you can then break the sand within and get a block of sand.
