Raw metals should be able to craft weaker tools

For example raw iron should be able to make raw iron tools that have less durability and do less damage and take more time to mine blocks. Same with gold.

    What if they made 1/3rd durability tools (of their ore type)

    or maybe they would make stone tools with a durability buff...

    I dont see how this could be a useful feature. If u craft the tools with the ingots it would be better AND just as cheap.
