Enchantment Swap

Be able to swap enchantments from an existing tool to a regular book in order to save that enchantment. For example: Golden Enchanted Hoe found from abandoned nether portal. Transfer the existing enchantments (Efficiency, Fortune, etc) to a regular book via the Anvil, just like how you can transfer enchantments from an enchanted book to a tool, just now from the enchanted tool to a book.
