Global Behaviors

I want a new Menu Options feature which is called Global Behaviors it's because there is a feature called Global Resources Global Resources: Resource pack for the title screen and all the Minecraft worlds Global Behaviors: Behavior pack for all the Minecraft worlds and some features that does not exist in minecraft
