Goat horn can be used to taunt illagers

By blowing that goat horn, it will produce sounds similar to illager horn during raids, that will attract their attention to come forward where the sound came from, which will therefore, taunt them. This will make pursuit for remaining illagers within the village easier, however use it at your own risk as it may overwhelm you with a lot of enemies :)

  This like this. If the generation bug(?) that spawns raiders deep underground is not fixed, perhaps this could at least temporarily teleport them to the surface? Would it be too much to act as a bell, as well, and give them glowing?
