Stormy Mountains are ominous mountains biome that usually have darker clouds and a sharp, jagged peak to them and have a much higher frequency to create thunderstorms and create lightning storms, which are rare storms where No rain falls but lightning and thunder is frequent.
The Appearance
they usually have a sharp, jagged like appearance and small indents and notches carved into it from the lightning striking the mountain., similar to the new winding caves and unique designs of the carved out caves of 1.17 and or the caves and cliffs update more specifically.
Other Information
its meant as a rare biome where people can go to find lightning more frequently to have a higher chance of finding a charged creeper for the first time, or to see a stray villager that you bring there turn into a witch,
you can also find copper there in abundance which partially explains why the mountain has a lot of lightning, there is also no coal in this biome specifically due to all of the lightning burning and blasting through layers of stone a long time ago which caused some coal pockets and ore veins to spontaneously catch fire.
clouds also move slower when near the mountain itself as well as some dark clouds will naturally spawn in the biome. and if they leave the biome, they fade away and turn into a whitish colour at the same time after about a minute or two.
