Buckets hanging from chains or hooks

I would love it if we could make buckets hangable from chains so they can be used either for boiling water, melting snow (over a fire)  or for builds like wells.

Either by amending current functionality or adding a hook item and then making buckets and other items be able to be hooked (Imagine dungeons with skeletons hooked up, shops with items on hooks, and if we allow hooks to be horizontal as well as vertical we can have lanterns on walls or hanging plant pots)

It could be a simple change that adds a lot of functionality.
