Tinted Glass on Beacons

So I went to post this idea here after suggesting it on Reddit, and when I went to post it here. I saw that some people have already suggested this so I suggest you go vote for theirs as well, but I decided to add mine anyway because I had a bonus idea for it that they didn't mention. So here's how it would work: 

As of now, you can use all the stained glass on Beacons to change their color but I was wondering what could be a good use if you placed the tinted glass on a beacon. And I thought, what if it turned the beacon beam invisible. This could be used for areas where you don't want the beam to be visible but still want the effects. Also, if you're in a PvP oriented server, you could hide the beacons so no one could find your base. For an added effect though, if you look at the beam through a spyglass it will then become visible to you. So looking through the spyglass to find hidden beacons could be used for games, finding hidden bases with beacons, or just simply hiding the beams for aesthetic purposes.

    Amazing idea! There have been suggestions about enchanting spyglasses to show invisible players, so this idea could go with that.

    I love that idea! Although the spyglass being able to see the tinted beacon doesn’t seem to make too much sense, it would still be an incredible add on!
