You should be able to catch fish/axolotl with empty buckets

It's very unintuitive and confusing for new players if you can only catch them with water buckets. An empty bucket should catch the fish/axolotl and the water itself. Bedrock had this feature, which is great, but it seems they changed it to match Java in that you can only catch these mobs with water buckets. I've seen a lot of players confused by this, and some even thought that it's a bug.

    That’s a great idea, it’s so annoying to fill a bucket with water! Before you catch something with it! Maybe they can also make buckets of fish/axolotl‘s stackable.
