Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fish meat grinder and fish block.

I think a meat grinder would be a great addition to the game. You could grind fish and other meats and make blocks with the grinded meat. You could then cook it and eat it like a cake. I think this would make the meat and fish aspect of minecraft more interesting.
