Horse Wagon

I think a horse wagon should be pulled by one horse, and able to hold two chests and a single person. That way I can travel long distances without running out of inventory room. How I think it could be made is with three wool for the over head, three planks for the base, and a saddle to control the horse. I think this invention would be able to be placed on the ground and able to be ridden like a boat.

    You could also ford rivers with it, meaning it could float in water when there is only 1 player and one chest/mob (not including horses) in it, also, no horses can be attached while on water. It does not have smooth controls like a boat, and it can sink easily while fording a stream. this (obviously) makes it difficult to coordinate fording streams and may take multiple trips (like in real life.)
