Deepslate ores (coal, copper, emerald) should be obtainable after 1.17

I noticed a consistency issue, you can obtain these ores with Silk Touch on 1.17, but not in 1.18 and beyond as they no longer generate under y=0. They should generate in very small amounts, so that players will not miss out on these blocks!

    The coal, copper, and emerald deepslate ores were added exclusively for creative mode, though it would be cool if they generated in tiny amounts. Also, the update with the new worldgen will be called 1.17 part 2, not 1.18.

    The deepslate ores mentioned should be obtainable. They're great for building, a bit of a novelty for players to go an find, and having some small amount of coal generate deep down allows for a source of torches whilst mining.
