Powder Snow needs to fill up faster in cauldrons

I like that Powder Snow can only be obtained by hanging around in Snow biomes, which helps incentivize players to build bases in other areas of the world. However, from my experience, even two full-length snowfalls isn't enough to completely fill even 1 of the 16 cauldrons I used to try and collect the stuff (though there are 2 or 3 cauldrons that are 2/3 full). I just think that 1/3 of a cauldron filled every snowfall (which means waiting an average of 4 hours for any bucket-able powder snow at all) is a little insane, especially because I want to be able to use powder snow in large quantities.

On top of that, sleeping will remove any weather, which means players that sleep regularly will have to wait significantly longer even with plenty of cauldrons around to collect the powder snow.
