mejoras tecnicas para ballestas u arcos

estas mejoras van a ser para el arma y balanceados con los encantamientos.

el concepto es que ya le demos uso a la mesa de flecheria y por ejemplo con el nuevo telescopio poder ponerle una mira o que en mineshaft o en spawners te encuentres distintas mejoras como mas velocidad en la flecha o que sea invisible u otras mas pero ninguna mejora hara mas daño. Tambien propongan ustedes
